Whenever you are feeling sad, the first step to overcome your bad feeling is Notice the sad feeling which is making you feel down, notice that feeling which creates the negative energy in you and think that if you feel the same way you are feeling now, does the problem is going to solve? The answer is "No". Then why to feel sad and why to waste that wonderful moment of life doing nothing but feeling depressed. You might be thinking that these things are easy to say/write but think before you think like that. Lets take one example, if you had breakup with your bf/gf and you are feeling very depressed. Notice that feeling and Think why you should cry/feel sad and waster your moment that god has given. Enjoy the life, share the love with your friends, parents and your near and dear ones. I am sure that once you think that you should Enjoy each and every moment of life, you will never feel sad in any kind of issue in life.
The god has given so precious life, lets share the love happiness and live each and every moment with full of zeal and full of happiness. In future, whenever you feel sad remember three words, Notice, Think and Enjoy!!
